This policy explains what Leadomator LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use LaunchTally at launchtally.leadomator.com, and how we use it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Email address, if you join early access. Used only to tell you about early access and your report.
- Contact form messages: your name, email and message, so we can reply. Messages are delivered to us by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), and the form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Checkout details, if you pre-order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive your email, name and payment status, never your full card number.
- Basic usage data: page views and button clicks with referrer, country (from your IP, not stored) and browser type, to count visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free.
- Files you upload (after launch): used only to produce your report.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent personal data, we don't use advertising cookies, and we never ask for logins to your analytics, ad or store accounts.
Processors
Vercel (hosting, storage, analytics) and Stripe (payments). Both may process data outside your country under standard contractual safeguards.
Retention
Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through our contact form. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
