These terms apply to LaunchTally, operated by Leadomator LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. By joining early access or placing a pre-order you agree to them.
Pre-launch product
LaunchTally is not yet generally available. A pre-order is a one-time $9 USD payment for the full report described on the site, delivered when the product launches.
Delivery and refunds
If we don't deliver your report within 14 days of your pre-order, we refund you in full. You can also ask for a refund at any time before delivery. See the refund policy.
Your data and files
You may only upload exports from accounts you own or are authorised to use. We process them only to produce your report, as described in the privacy policy.
No guarantee of results
Reports are based on the data you upload. They are informational and not financial or legal advice; decisions you make based on them are your own.
Independence
LaunchTally is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any analytics, advertising or directory platform it supports.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
