14-day ship-or-refund guarantee

If your full report isn't delivered within 14 days of your pre-order, we refund the full $9 to your original payment method. You don't need to ask.

Refunds before delivery

Changed your mind before we deliver? Send us a message via our contact form and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

After delivery

If the report doesn't work with your export, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it or refund you.

Timing

Refunds are issued through Stripe within 7 days of the request; your bank may take a few more days to show them.
